ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) has agreed to acquire Ban Fook Pawnshop for a total consideration of SG$1.8 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.
The pawnshop operator will buy 3,03,000 shares in its local peer.
ValueMax said the acquisition aims to provide the group with an additional revenue stream.
