【中国知网：将制定完善国内首个学术文献数据库价格管理办法】金十数据12月9日讯，成立两年多的中国知网用户委员会已于日前完成换届。同方知网总经理张宏伟则在致辞中表示，作为连接知网与用户的桥梁，用户委员会成立两年以来，为提升知网服务质量、规范价格管理、促进行业学术交流、推动行业创新发展做了大量卓有成效的工作，取得阶段性成果。知网将在用户委员会的指导下，继续广泛征求意见，制定完善国内首个《学术文献数据库价格管理办法》和《数字平台使用文字作品稿酬支付办法》，进一步建立科学、公开、透明的用户定价机制和作者收益分配机制，做好平台公共性、公益性和商业性的平衡，营造良好产业生态，引领行业持续高质量发展。
