格隆汇12月10日｜英国石油公司已同意将其离岸风电业务剥离，与日本最大的电力生产商JERA Co.成立一家新成立的合资企业，将导致英国石油在再生能源方面的投资大幅减少。两公司发表联合声明指，英国石油和JERA将创建一个名为JERA Nex bp的合资企业的计划，两公司承诺在2030年向合资企业总共投资58亿美元，其中JERA投资25.5亿美元，英国石油投资32.5亿美元。随着合资企业的成立，英国石油公司到2030年可再生能源支出将减少至约40亿美元，而该公司之前在时任首席执行官Bernard Looney的领导下承诺的2020年支出为100亿美元。
