财中社12月9日电极兔速递（01519）发布公告，披露截至2024年12月9日的股份变动情况。公告显示，公司的已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数为79.01亿股，其中当日回购股份数量为64.8万股，占已发行股份的0.0082%；回购的均价为5.9976港元，回购总金额为389万港元。
在回购股份后，公司累计回购股份数量为1988万股，整体已发行股份总数保持在79.2亿股。根据公告，公司的回购授权总数为8.81亿股，目前回购股份数量占回购授权日已发行股份的0.226%。此次回购的股份计划于2025年1月8日之前暂停新股发行或库存股份转让。
