CGN New Energy's November Output Slips 18%

CGN New Energy (HKG:1811) recorded 1,360.8 gigawatt-hours of power output in November, down 18% from the year-ago period, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

Of this, power generation of China wind projects and Korea projects fell 25% and 15% year over year, respectively, while that of China cogen and gas-fired projects slid 9.7%.

Output from solar and hydro projects in China rose by 8.9% and 73%, respectively, from a year prior.

From January to November, power output rose by 1.7% to 17,684.1 gigawatt-hours.
