此次提案对原方案进行多项调整，包括将未领取的 JUP 代币分配至 ASR（持币激励）奖励池，优先考虑质押用户，并加强反机器人措施。投票数据显示，在总计 3.6 亿票中，约 3.13 亿票支持提案。
新方案将重点关注生态系统实际参与者，考量用户持仓量、参与度和使用频率等关键指标。该提案为 Jupiter 第二次尝试推出新一轮空投计划，此前首次提案未能获得通过。
