智通财经APP讯，亚信科技(01675)发布公告，于2024年12月10日，该公司与亚信安全(公司主要股东)订立协议，亚信安全同意向本集团提供技术服务及产品，自2024年1月1日起计为期一年。
本集团于其一般及日常业务过程中自亚信安全集团获得技术服务及产品，尤其是与网络安全有关的。协议项下拟进行的交易属经常性质，并于本集团的一般及日常业务过程中持续进行。本集团此前已为截至2023年12月31日止叁个年度的该等交易订立年度上限。鉴于截至2023年12月31日止年度的历史金额较低，本集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度的总交易金额将维持在较低水平。然而，由于本集团业务的需求于2024年12月有所增加，截至2024年12月31日止年度的交易金额不久将超过上市规则下最低豁免水平的基准。因此，本公司订立协议规管该等交易及设定截至2024年12月31日止年度拟进行的交易的年度上限。
