北京能源国际(00686.HK) 公布，其附属南宫国顺以总代价5亿元人民币(下同)，向兴业金融租赁出售与农光互补光伏发电项目有关的各种设备及组件(如变压器及电缆等)，随后将租赁资产租回予南宫国顺。
根据融资租赁协议，应付予兴业金融租赁之租金总额约为5.38亿元。
集团认为，融资租赁协议及其项下拟进行之交易为其提供更多财务资源用于南宫国顺的农光互补光伏发电项目发展及营运资金，亦让集团得以更有效地运用内部资源。(jl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
