此外，公司此前公布，美国FDA已解除在美国的泽沃基奥仑赛注射液(zevor-cel，CT053，一种靶向BCMA的自体CAR-T细胞产品)、舒瑞基奥仑赛注射液(satri-cel，CT041，一种靶向Claudin18.2的自体 CAR-T细胞产品)以及CT071(一种靶向GPRC5D的自体CAR-T细胞产品)的临床试验暂停。所述临床试验暂停与2023年12月FDA对公司位于北卡罗来纳州达勒姆的临床生产基地进行检查后发布的发现项有关。
