　　本报讯（记者 宋德松）从昨日下午河北区召开的“大力发展航运经济 推进航运服务业开放发展”新闻发布会上获悉，远洋大厦二期项目将有新进展。

　　据介绍，远洋大厦综合体项目位于天津市河北区海河东路与五经路交口，包括1997年投入运营的一期、天津远洋宾馆和正在建设的二期项目。远洋大厦一期项目挂牌“国际数智航运大厦”，突出产业特色，集聚了26家以航运、物流、金融、数智科技等为主的国有大中型企业。

　　远洋大厦二期项目于2023年11月正式开工，由中建八局承建。项目将建设一个高度约218米、总建筑面积超过10万平方米的综合商务写字楼。其中，地上38层，地下5层，办公层单层建筑面积约2000平方米。二期项目秉承“绿色、智能、健康、艺术”的理念，建成后将与一期写字楼及酒店形成一个近20万平方米的大型商务综合体，打造成为天津海河沿岸与意风区的地标性建筑。

　　“按照天津市关于港产城融合发展的总体部署，远洋大厦综合体将全力打造成为津城航运服务集聚区，承载集聚航运物流生态圈的高端客户。”据中远海运（天津）有限公司副总经理郑睿介绍，目前，远洋大厦二期项目正在进行地下部分的施工，2025年上半年项目达到正负零并进行地面以上的施工，预计2028年竣工并交付使用。
