消息面上，马可数字科技公告，拟向Valiant Warrior Limited发行约2.12亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.99港元，叫上一日收盘价1.17港元折让约15.38%。认购事项净筹约2.1亿港元，约71.47%用于向集团现有融资服务业务注资；约23.82%用于向集团近期收购的放债业务注资；约4.71%用作一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
此外，根据香港联交所11月15日披露的文件，11月11日，摩根大通增持马可数字科技290.8万股普通股股份，价值约410.14万港元。增持后，摩根大通最新持股数目为4,769.2万股股份，好仓比例由4.80%升至5.12%。
