工银蒙能清洁能源REIT基金份额2亿份，发售价格5.337元/份，募集资金总额10.674亿元。工银蒙能清洁能源REIT发起人为内蒙古能源集团有限公司，基金管理人为工银瑞信基金管理有限公司，专项计划管理人为工银瑞信投资管理有限公司，底层资产为华晨风电项目和恒润一期风电项目。

上述2处风电项目分别位于内蒙古自治区包头市、乌兰察布市，分别于2017年3月、2011年7月投入运营，装机容量分别为100000千瓦、49500千瓦，2023年售电收入分别约为11499万元、4569万元。
