Omnicom and Interpublic are nearing an all-share tie-up that would create the world's top-selling advertising firm, The Wall Street Journal reported. Shares in European counterparts Publicis and WPP rose Monday, while Interpublic jumped premarket. Shares in Omnicom, which would acquire Interpublic, slipped in modest volumes.
