公司2021年限制性股票激励计划首次授予人员中本期有20名激励对象已离职。离职激励对象已获授但尚未归属的限制性股票不得归属并由公司作废。作废处理的2021年限制性股票首次授予数量为6.7万股。
预留授予人员中本期有1名激励对象已离职。离职激励对象已获授但尚未归属的限制性股票不得归属并由公司作废。作废处理的2021年限制性股票预留授予数量为1.4万股。
综上，本次合计作废处理的2021年限制性股票数量为8.1万股。
