富途控股（股票代码：“FUTU”）日前发布公告，披露公司股东减持情况。

富途控股高级副总裁XU LI在2024年12月9日减持144311股ADS，套现1202万美元。

2024年9月26日，富途控股核心股东腾讯也进行了减持，出售20645160股，套现2亿美元。

财报显示，富途控股2024年第三季度营收为34.36亿港元（约4.42亿美元），较上同期的26.5亿港元增长29.6%。富途控股2024年第三季度净利为13.19亿港元（约1.7亿美元），较上年同期的10.91亿港元增长20.9%。

虽然富途业绩很好，但近期依然被曝出裁员风波。

富途官方则回应称：大幅度裁员帖子涉及不属实内容。近期公司为进一步拓展海外业务，进行了组织架构的调整以提升运营效率。在调整过程中既有新增岗位，也有部分存量岗位优化，涉及到的人员流动在公司总人数占比为5%左右，属于公司正常的经营迭代。
