消息面上，招银国际近期研报指出，该行为京东方精电举办了4Q展望NDR电话会议。管理层表示国内外市场需求持续复苏，并且系统业务在2H24E快速增长。至于成都工厂，管理层指引UTR在短期内提高到70-80%（目前为60-70%），主要是2024年下半年订单增加和销售额将持续增加。
对于海外市场，管理层表示日本/韩国/欧洲定点项目在FY25-26E推进中，并重申了2027年预计海外市场收入占比有望达到50%。该股目前估值为FY24/25E市盈率9.7倍/7.7倍（比历史平均水平低1个标准差），考虑到2025年下半年利润率回升和海外市场扩张迅速，该行认为该股具有吸引力。重申“买入”评级。
