智通财经APP获悉，青岛港(06198)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.74%，报5.82港元，成交额3896.49万港元。
消息面上，2023年6月，青岛港发布关于筹划重组事项的公告，拟并购日照港、烟台港部分资产；2024年7月，公司对收购标的资产范围进行调整，拟发行股份及支付现金购买日照港集团持有的油品公司100%股权、日照实华50%股权和烟台港集团持有的联合管道53.88%股权、港源管道51%股权。12月4日，公司就上交所此前下发的关于重组方案的相关问询做出积极回复，预计重组方案有望加速获上交所审核通过。
招商证券指出，青岛港区域优势较强，其利润构成中盈利能力较强的集装箱板块、液体散货板块占比高，当前ROE处于行业领先水平，在东盟航线持续增长下，集装箱吞吐量仍有提升空间，收购油品码头资产有望增厚液散板块远期利润表现，且A股中永续经营的优质资产较为稀缺，有估值重塑空间。
