《土地(为重新发展而强制售卖)条例》修订条例上周五(6日)起生效实施,新草案下将便利相连地段的强拍申请。土地审裁处当天即收到今年内首宗强拍申请,由恒地(00012.HK) 提出对所持的18、18A、20、20A号、黄埔街22至24号及必嘉街88至90A号旧楼,合并进行强拍。
据指,黄埔街20号地下“金源烧腊茶餐厅”东主关位源等人目前持有黄埔街18、18A、20、20A号逾20%业权,而恒地则持有约70%业权。若与毗邻已统一业权的黄埔街22至24号及必嘉街88至90A号地盘一并计算,则恒地所持整体业权比例平均达到87.5%。(gc/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-09 12:25。)
