智通财经APP获悉，陶氏化学(DOW.US)已与麦格理资产管理公司达成协议，出售其在美国墨西哥湾沿岸部分基础设施资产的40%股权，并有可能在交易完成后六个月内将持股比例增至49%。此次交易预计为陶氏化学带来约24亿美元的初始现金收入，总收益可能高达30亿美元。
据了解，双方将共同成立一个新的合作伙伴关系，名为Diamond Infrastructure Solutions，该合作旨在结合陶氏的运营优势和麦格理资产管理在基础设施与能源领域的专业知识，通过向第三方客户开放陶氏在美国墨西哥湾沿岸工厂的资源，创造新的增长机会。
Diamond Infrastructure Solutions将包含陶氏化学在美国墨西哥湾沿岸五个制造基地的非产品生产资产，如电力和蒸汽生产、管道、环境运营和一般场地基础设施，这些基地位于德克萨斯州的自由港、德克萨斯城和西德里夫特，以及路易斯安那州的普拉克明和圣查尔斯。
此次交易完成后，预计将在2025年上半年完成，但仍需获得监管部门的常规批准和满足其他交易完成条件。受此消息影响，陶氏化学股价在周一盘前上涨4.1%，报价43.68美元。
