据报道，阿波罗全球管理(APO.US)已与桑坦德银行(SAN.US)达成协议，投资3.7亿美元的基础设施贷款组合。

据了解，虽然银行仍然是基础设施信贷的最大提供者，但监管规定使银行在资产负债表上保留这类资产的成本更高。这为阿波罗等不受相同监管的私人资本公司提供了持有银行贷款的机会。

这种转移有助于为银行释放资金，以发放更多贷款。桑坦德银行负责私人债务动员的全球主管Marcel Patino在声明中表示：“在我们继续加快业务转型的同时，我们仍致力于动员私人债务，为盈利增长创造额外资本。”

过去几年，阿波罗与银行建立了各种类型的合作伙伴关系，包括与花旗(C.US)和法国巴黎银行(BNPQY.US)的交易，以促进信贷形成。此外，这家私人资本巨头计划在2027年前在清洁能源和气候投资方面投资500亿美元，在过去五年中，该公司已在能源转型和气候相关投资方面投入了400多亿美元。

上个月，阿波罗欧洲信贷联席主管Leslie Mapondera表示，他认为“工业复兴”正在成为能源转型的一部分。与桑坦德银行的交易由阿波罗子公司Apterra牵头，该公司专门为基础设施项目融资。
