Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group's (HKG:1250, SHA:600350) subsidiaries agreed to purchase 15 sets of 6.25 megawatts equipment from Shanghai Electric for 188.0 million yuan, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Haiyang Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Investment agreed to purchase five sets of the equipment from the seller for 71.3 million yuan.
Laiyang Beiqing New Energy Development agreed to purchase 10 sets of the equipment from the seller for 116.7 million yuan.
The purchases will be funded through the internal resources of the group.
