恒隆地产续签港汇管理协议 年度上限6700万港元
财中社12月9日电恒隆地产（00101）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司恒隆地产（中国）与港兴企业于2024年12月9日签署了2025年管理协议，以续签2022年管理协议。该协议将于2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日生效，涵盖港汇恒隆广场的管理服务，包括租赁、营运及管理等方面的建议与指导。
根据协议，管理费将等于港汇恒隆广场每年总营业额的2.5%，但不得超过6700万港元的年度上限。该年度上限是基于过去管理费的支付情况及未来营业额的预期设定的。公告中提到，2022年管理协议下的年度上限同样为6700万港元，已收取的管理费在2023年为4880万港元，显示出管理费用未超出设定的上限。
由于2025年管理协议项下年度上限的一项或多项适用百分比率超逾0.1%，但低于5%，因此该协议及相关交易需遵循《上市规则》第14A章的相关规定。董事会认为此协议将提升港汇恒隆广场的竞争力和市场地位，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
