于2024年11月，该集团房地产出租物业共168个，总建筑面积约1551.78万平方米;2024年11月份租金收入约人民币9.88亿元，商业运营收入约人民币10.60亿元(即含税租金收入)。
2024年1月至11月累计租金收入约人民币108.64亿元，累计商业运营收入约人民币116.45亿元(即含税租金收入)。
