希慎兴业(00014.HK) 伙拍华懋集团宣布，位于香港铜锣湾加路连山道的全新大型策略性发展项目，正式命名为“利园八期”。项目总面积逾100万平方呎，预计于2026年第二季落成，势必成为将铜锣湾绿化时尚新地标。
希慎兴业执行董事及首席营运总监吕干威称，集团重视可持续发展，“利园八期”具有多项这方面亮点，包括设有6万平方呎绿化开放空间的城市公园，透过全新的行人通道系统加强连接性和可步行性，于能源消耗、可再生能源、废物管理和水资源管理等方面采取措施提升资源效率，为租户和访客提供既便捷又环保的舒适环境。
