康诺亚-B(02162.HK) 公布，旗下靶向BCMAxCD3的双特异性抗体CM336治疗复发，或难治性多发性骨髓瘤的I/II期临床研究最新数据，在第66届美国血液学会(ASH)年会上以壁报形式公布。
公告披露，该I/II期临床研究的目的是评价CM336在复发，或难治性多发性骨髓瘤受试者中的安全性、耐受性和初步疗效。截至今年10月30日，该研究共入组68例受试者，所有受试者均接受过蛋白酶体抑制剂、免疫调节剂、抗CD38单克隆抗体治疗，既往中位治疗线数为4线。
截至今日(9日)，康诺亚正在持续推进一项评价CM336注射液治疗复发，或难治性多发性骨髓瘤受试者的多中心、开放性的I/II期临床研究。(js/k)
