- Omnicom Group is in advanced talks to acquire Interpublic Group in an all-stock deal, which is likely to value Interpublic at between $13 billion and $14 billion.

- Boliden will pay up to $1.45 billion for two mines from Lundin Mining in a deal to boost its copper and zinc production.

- Credit Agricole said it bought financial contracts that could raise its stake in Banco BPM to 15.1%, at a time when the Italian bank is being targeted by larger rival UniCredit in a $10 billion-plus bid.

- Boohoo said an independent proxy adviser recommended that the company's shareholders vote against the resolutions at the general meeting scheduled for Dec. 20, which seeks board representation for Frasers Group .

- Bain Capital-backed chipmaker Kioxia Holdings priced its $800 million initial public offering as it seeks to raise capital to meet the growing demand for chips used in artificial intelligence.
