　　医思健康（02138）公布，于2024年12月10日，公司间接全资附属BMF Worldwide Limited拟向The Cosmetic Care Group Limited收购Rising Gold Phoenix Limited全部已发行股本约 90%，代价5250万港元（可予调整）。

　　据悉，目标公司主要从事投资控股以及透过其附属公司以 BMF、Marie France、史云逊及 Harvard Addhair Technologies 等品牌名称从事提供（a）在香港及澳门经营的订制护肤解决方案及专业护发解决方案；及（b）在香港经营的综合美容护理解决方案。紧接收购事项完成前，其由卖方直接全资拥有。
