智通财经APP讯，康龙化成(03759)发布公告，于2024年12月8日，董事会决定运用回购授权，并视乎市场情况不时于公开市场回购H股。基于对公司未来发展前景的预期，董事会认为，在当前市场条件下回购H股既能维护公司价值，保障股东权益，又不影响公司维持足够公众持股量的责任。
公司拟以自有资金回购H股，拟使用的最高金额为人民币5000万元。董事会已授权公司高级管理人员根据回购期间的股价、财务及经营状况，在必要时调整回购金额上限。董事会相信，公司目前的财务资源将使其能够实施H股回购，同时保持稳健的财务状况。
