金吾财讯 | 浙商证券研报指，中国铁塔(00788)董事会建议按每10股的现有股份合并为1股合并及经削减股份；公司的已发行总股本由人民币1760.08亿元减少至人民币176.01亿元。该行指，政策和技术红利逐步释放，推动低空经济蓬勃发展，未来应用场景将不断拓展。面对低空经济时代大篇章，公司充分发挥在“位置+感知+计算”方面的资源和能力优势，围绕基础设施和服务解决方案等软硬件领域积极布局。公司还聚力打造包含飞行设施网、低空智联网和低空服务网在内的低空“三张网”，构建低空数据监视网络、ADS-B航空大数据空域管理平台、低空无人机综合管理平台等，面向丰富的应用场景提供低空智能服务解决方案，赋能低空经济加速发展。该行指，公司具备经营业绩稳健和稳定分红双重属性，未来随低空经济相关业务的拓展有望打开长期广阔空间。预计2024-2026年公司营业收入为983、1025、1068亿元，同比增长4.5%、4.3%、4.3%；归母净利润为108、125、195亿元，同比增长11.1%、15.7%、55.6%，对应PE为15.9、13.8、8.9倍。维持买入评级。
