聆讯后初步资料显示，截至今年6月30日止六个月，该公司录收入约2.37亿元人民币(下同)，按年增长44.5%，期内净亏损收窄至1.08亿元，对比2023年上半年为蚀1.26亿元。非国际财务报告准则下，佑驾创新今年中期经调整净亏损为8,243.9万元，较去年同期的1.22亿元亦有所收窄。
阿里巴巴(09988.HK) 集团首席执行官吴泳铭于2015年参与了公司的天使轮融资，截至目前他与其控股实体杭州圆景乐驰合共持有佑驾创新科技约2.5%股份。另外，中金(03908.HK) 旗下中金资本亦持有公司上市前约5.56%股份。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-06 16:25。)
