威海银行(09677.HK) 公布，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局已分别核准孟东晓担任董事长的任职资格；张文斌担任行长的任职资格；陈晓军、焦卫锋担任非执行董事的任职资格；及彭锋担任独立非执行董事的任职资格。
