Beijing Energy International (HKG:0686) unit Nangong Guoshun will sell to lease back certain equipment to Nangong Guoshun for 500 million yuan, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The assets will then be leased back to Nangong Guoshun for 36 months, for a total of around 538 million yuan.
The assets comprise various equipment and components related to an agricultural-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project.
