智通财经APP获悉，云软件公司ServiceTitan(TTAN.US)宣布首次公开发行(IPO)880万股，定价为每股71.00美元。此外，承销商拥有30天的选择权，可额外购买最多132万股。该公司股票计划于2024年12月12日在纳斯达克全球精选市场上市交易，股票代码为“TTAN”，预计发行将于2024年12月13日完成。
据悉，ServiceTitan提供一套端到端的云端软件平台，专门为传统行业的服务承包商管理和连接各种业务工作流程。其服务涵盖多个行业，包括管道、电气、暖通空调(HVAC)、车库门、害虫控制、园林绿化等。客户规模从家族式企业到大型连锁企业不等。截至2024年7月31日的12个月内，ServiceTitan处理了620亿美元的总交易额。截至2024年1月31日，公司拥有约8,000个活跃客户，这些客户年化账单金额均超过10,000美元。
