智通财经APP讯，靛蓝星(08373)发布公告，由于公司与公司的核数师柏淳会计师事务所有限公司未能就截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的审计费用达成协议，柏淳已于其辞职信中确认并辞任公司核数师，自2024年12月12日起生效。
经审核委员会推荐，北京兴华鼎丰会计师事务所有限公司已获委任为公司的核数师，自2024年12月12日起生效，以填补柏淳辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束。
