PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 11, 2024--
Pinnacle West Capital Corporation's $(PNW)$ board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.895 per share of common stock, payable on March 3, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 3, 2025.
