Nordson (NDSN) late Wednesday reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income of $2.78 per diluted share, up from $2.71 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet, on average, expected $2.59.
Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 31 was $744.5 million, compared with $719.3 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $736.8 million.
For Q1, the adhesives company said it sees adjusted EPS of $1.95 to $2.15 on revenue of $615 million to $655 million. Analysts are looking for $2.30 and $681.7 million, respectively.
For fiscal 2025, the company said it now expects adjusted EPS of $9.70 to $10.50 on revenue of $2.75 billion to $2.87 billion. Analysts expect $10.39 and $2.93 billion, respectively.
Shares dropped nearly 3% in after-hours activity.
