Allient said it's adding a defense solutions business unit to its operations as it seeks to expand its presence into high-growth markets.
The designer and manufacturer of precision and specialty motion, controls and power products on Wednesday said that Allient Defense Solutions will integrate its technology to streamline processes and foster innovation.
"This marks the company's first vertical market-focused initiative, aligning with the rebranding and vertical market strategy announced at its 2023 Investor Day," Allient said.
