智通财经APP获悉，强生公司(JNJ.US)日前公布了3期临床试验CARTITUDE-4的最新研究结果。结果显示，在接受过1至3种治疗方案(包括蛋白酶体抑制剂)，且对来那度胺耐药的复发或难治性多发性骨髓瘤(RRMM)患者中，单次输注与传奇生物联合开发的CAR-T细胞疗法Carvykit(cilta-cel)，与标准治疗方案相比，显著提高了患者的微量残留病(MRD)阴性率。MRD是多发性骨髓瘤患者延长生存期的重要预后指标，MRD阴性意味着采用灵敏检测手段无法检测到血液中存在癌细胞。
Cilta-cel是一种针对B细胞成熟抗原(BCMA)的CAR-T细胞免疫疗法，BCMA主要表达于恶性多发性骨髓瘤B细胞和浆细胞的表面。Cilta-cel的嵌合抗原受体蛋白含有两个针对BCMA的接合域，旨在与人类BCMA高亲和力结合。在与表达BCMA的细胞结合后，嵌合抗原受体可促进T细胞的激活、增殖和靶细胞的清除。Cilta-cel最初由传奇生物公司开发，2017年12月，强生旗下的杨森公司与传奇生物达成一项独家全球许可与合作协议，共同开发和商业化cilta-cel。
