智通财经APP获悉，粤海投资(00270)午前涨超4%，本周累计涨幅已达22%。截至发稿，涨3.85%，报6.2港元，成交额2.48亿港元。
消息面上，粤海投资公告称，公司将分派特别股息，分派方式为派发粤海投资直接持有的12.62 亿股粤海置地股票(约占粤海置地股本的73.72%)，具体分派比例为每一股粤海投资股票分派0.193 股粤海置地股票。粤海投资拟透过建议分派剥离由粤海置地集团持有的物业发展业务，以精简业务活动及集中资源于核心业务以保持业务稳定发展。
申万宏源指出，2023年粤海投资归母净利润同比大幅下滑34%至31.2亿港元，利润下滑主要受粤海置地旗下的地产减值18.1亿港元影响，若扣除地产减值影响，2023年公司主业利润则达49.3亿港元。伴随剥离完成，公司未来业绩将不再受地产业务波动影响。扣除粤海置地后，公司负债率有望明显下降，且经营现金流稳中向好。
