大唐新能源续签多项协议 采购交易上限达122亿元
财中社12月12日电大唐新能源（01798）发布公告，提到与大唐集团续签了框架协议及与大唐保理公司续签了保理业务合作协议。框架协议的有效期为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，双方将继续互相提供设备、配件及相关服务。预计截至2027年12月31日的年度上限为采购交易100亿元、110亿元和122亿元，供应交易的年度上限为3亿元。
此外，公告中提到，保理业务合作协议的有效期为2025年1月1日至2026年12月31日，年限内大唐保理公司将为本集团提供不超过60亿元的保理业务支持。根据历史交易数据，保理业务的年度上限建议为2025年和2026年各为60亿元，主要考虑到电费补贴应收款的增加和流动资金的需求。
同时，公告还涉及对2024年度财务预算方案、经营投资计划及融资预算方案的调整，具体调整金额包括大中型基建预算增加至180.76亿元，技术改造环保和对外股权投资预算相应调整。临时股东大会将于2024年12月27日召开，以审议上述议案。
