金吾财讯 | “微创系”全面走高，截至发稿，微创机器人(02252)涨31.24%，微创医疗(00853)涨11.6%，微创脑科学(02172)涨8.7%。消息面上，微创医疗科学有限公司起源于1998年5月在上海张江高科技园区成立的微创医疗器械（上海）有限公司，为中国领先的高端医疗器械集团，业务主要覆盖心血管介入产品、骨科医疗器械、糖尿病及内分泌医疗器械、电生理医疗器械、大动脉及外周血管介入产品、神经介入产品、外科手术等十大领域。昨日，上海市人民政府办公厅印发《上海市支持上市公司并购重组行动方案（2025—2027年）》，加快培育集聚并购基金。引入专业赛道市场化并购基金管理人，吸引集聚市场化并购基金，符合条件的纳入股权投资基金设立快速通道。用好100亿元集成电路设计产业并购基金，设立100亿元生物医药产业并购基金。政府投资基金可以通过普通股、优先股、可转债等方式参与并购基金出资，并适当让利。“链主”企业通过企业风险投资（CVC）方式围绕本产业链关键环节开展并购重组的，将CVC基金设立纳入快速通道。
