智通财经APP讯，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)公布，于2024年12月11日，该公司全资附属中海宏洋地产与渤海信托订立基础资产转让及回购协议，据此，中海宏洋地产同意出售基础资产(即应收账款)予渤海信托(作为渤海信托计划的受托人)，代价不多于人民币5亿元。于转让日后的第180日，中海宏洋地产将回购渤海信托计划持有的全部剩余基础资产。
公告称，交易及设立渤海信托计划对集团有利，因其将为集团提供营运资金及业务发展的即时资金，亦使集团能够满足流动性发展需求，丰富集团的资金来源，从而提高资金使用效率，增强集团的营运能力。
