12月11日周三，BOSS直聘公布截至2024年9月30日止第三季度的未经审计财务业绩，收入为人民币19.116亿元，同比增加19.0%。经营利润为约3.3亿元，同比增加26.5%。经调整经营利润约6.05亿元，同比增加10.2%。净利润为约4.64亿元，同比增加8.9%。经调整净利润约7.39亿元，同比增加3.5%。
截至2024年9月30日止十二个月的总付费企业客户为600万，同比增加22.4%。2024年第三季度的平均月活跃用户为5800万，同比增加30.0%。
公司创始人、董事长兼首席执行官赵鹏先生表示：“三季度整体招聘市场环境依然具有挑战。公司聚焦增长引擎的战略仍取得了不错的成效。强劲的用户增长、良好的企业客户留存以及稳定的ARPPU(付费企业客户客均收入)都证明了我们业务模式在逆风下的韧性、和商业化模式的可持续性。我们对股东回报的承诺，以及持续进行的股票回购，也彰显了管理层对公司长期增长的坚定信心。”
公司首席财务官张宇先生补充道：“三季度我们取得了稳健的财务业绩，收入同比增长19.0%，净利润创下季度历史新高。我们的成本结构保持稳定，同时实现了30.0%的月活跃用户同比增长，表明营销效率有所提高。随着我们继续专注于可持续的成本控制，我们业务模式中固有的强大运营杠杆将在未来几个季度进一步提高我们的盈利能力。”
此外，公司目前预期2024年第四季度总收入为17.95亿元至18.1亿元之间，同比增加13.6%至14.6%。
