港铁(00066.HK) 旗下黄竹坑站商场THE SOUTHSIDE去年12月起试业，至今开业一周年，港铁物业及国际业务总监邓智辉透露，按面积计现时该商场出租率为96%，尚有三个铺位仍在招租，形容情况在港铁旗下一众商场中属罕见，相信是由于疫情过后本港餐饮 、零售、娱乐休闲等细分消费市场都发生改变，市民正在探索新生活方式，外出旅游及北上消费已成为新常态。
他指出，近年港铁商场项目定位都是社区设施，以服务好社区及居民为首要任务，认为配合2016年开通的南港岛线，公司已成功活化整个南区。
对于中央政府早前恢复并扩展深圳“一签多行”个人游签注安排，他相信一定会对香港市道带来正面影响，但现时只是实施初期，认为政策成效尚待显现。(gc/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-11 16:25。)
