皇冠环球集团董事会暂停执行董事陈煜湛职务
财中社12月12日电皇冠环球集团（00727）发布公告，因应主要股东要求，即时暂停公司执行董事陈煜湛的职务及权力，并计划召开股东特别大会罢免其董事会职务。该股东指出，陈煜湛在董事会中隐瞒其于2002年3月4日的破产令，违反了上市规则第13.51(2)(i)条的披露要求。
董事会于2024年12月11日召开会议，决定暂时中止陈煜湛的所有职务及权力，直至另行通知。董事会认为这一决定符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。公司将适时公告任何进一步的重大进展，提醒股东及潜在投资者在交易公司股份时需谨慎行事。
