　　马可数字科技（01942）公布，于2024年12月11日，该公司拟向Valiant Warrior Limited发行约2.12亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.99港元，认购价较2024年12月11日在联交所所报的收市价每股1.17港元折让约15.38%。

　　认购事项净筹约2.1亿港元，约71.47%用于向集团现有融资服务业务注资；约23.82%用于向集团近期收购的放债业务注资；约4.71%用作一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
