Macy's Raises This Year's Store Closing Estimate -- Market Talk

0912 ET - Macy's expects to close 65 stores this year up from a previous estimate of 55 locations. Macy's finance chief says the company is seeing "really good deal making." He says real estate deals have been at or above Macy's expectations. The company is on track to close 150 weaker stores by the beginning of 2027 so that it can focus on its top locations.
