格隆汇12月11日｜迈威尔科技周三公布，公司在用于人工智能处理器的定制高带宽内存(HBM)方面取得突破。据悉，新的人工智能加速器架构(XPU)将使计算能力提高25%，内存增加33%，同时还可以提高能效。该公司正在与美光科技、三星和SK海力士合作，为加速器定制HBM处理器。迈威尔科技高管Will Chu在一份声明中表示：“通过针对特定性能、功耗和总拥有成本定制HBM来增强XPU，是人工智能加速器设计和交付新范式的最新一步。我们非常感谢与领先的内存设计人员合作，加速这场革命，并帮助云数据中心运营商继续为人工智能时代扩展其XPU和基础设施。”
