北京汽车与现代汽车签署约10.95亿美元注资协议
财中社12月11日电北京汽车（01958）发布公告称，附属公司北汽投与现代汽车于2024年12月11日签订了注资协议，双方将根据各自对北京现代的股权比例共同注资109546.6万美元，其中北汽投和现代汽车各注资54773.3万美元。注资将分期进行，完成后北京现代的注册资本将增至40.74亿美元，仍由北汽投和现代汽车各持有50%的股份。
公告指出，由于注资的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关上市规则。同时，注资的完成需满足一系列先决条件，包括内部批准和监管手续。北京现代的财务状况显示，截至2023年12月31日，其总资产为280.59亿元，除税后净亏损为54.41亿元。此次注资旨在支持北京现代的资本稳定与发展战略，推动其新能源化和智能化转型。
