北京能源国际签5.38亿元融资租赁协议
财中社12月11日电北京能源国际（00686）发布公告，南宫国顺（公司附属公司）于2024年12月11日与兴业金融租赁签订融资租赁协议。根据协议，兴业金融租赁同意以总价5亿元向南宫国顺购买租赁资产，并将租赁资产租回给南宫国顺。此项交易构成公司须予披露的交易，因其适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%。
融资租赁协议的租期为36个月，租金总额约为5.38亿元，其中包含购买租赁资产成本5亿元及估计利息。租金将分期支付，每半年支付一次。南宫国顺还通过电费收益权质押协议，以其光伏发电项目的电费收入作为担保。此次融资租赁协议旨在为南宫国顺的光伏发电项目提供更多的财务资源，提升公司内部资源的有效运用。
